This Privacy Policy explains how Showtime Flag LLC ("Showtime," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects the personal data of individuals (“you” or “your”) who interact with our online services—namely our websites, mobile applications, and any other digital platform that links to this Privacy Policy (collectively, “Online Services”).

Unless expressly stated, this Policy does not cover data practices of third-party services that may link to or be integrated with our Online Services. We encourage you to review the privacy notices of those third parties before engaging with them.

By accessing or using our Online Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy and agree to its terms.

II. Children and Parental Consent

Our Online Services are primarily intended for audiences aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. Nevertheless, many of our in-person programs necessarily involve minors.

For any program involving participants under 18, a parent or legal guardian must complete registration and provide any requested personal data on the minor's behalf. We do not knowingly collect personal data directly from children under 13 online.

If you believe we have done so inadvertently, email privacy@showtimeflag.com and we will delete or anonymize the data in accordance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (“COPPA”).

III. Personal Data We Obtain

To run our youth-sports programs and the accompanying website effectively, we collect a few different kinds of information. Each serves a specific purpose in providing a safe, well-managed, and personalized experience.

We use several channels to deliver schedule updates, weather alerts, and occasional promotional offers.

Providing a phone number or email address is optional, and purchasing a program is never conditioned on consenting to marketing messages.

  • By joining a team WhatsApp group or tapping “Join Group” in our welcome link, you consent to receive:
    • Group messages – schedules, field changes, coach notes, and other team logistics.
    • Direct messages – one-to-one reminders or progress updates from staff.
    • Occasional promotional offers for future Showtime programs.
  • You can opt out at any time by:
    • Selecting “Leave Group” inside the app (stops group messages).
    • Sending a direct WhatsApp message with STOP, or emailing info@showtimeflag.com (stops all WhatsApp communications).
  • Leaving or opting out of WhatsApp does not affect your ability to receive essential information via email, SMS, or our web portal.
EmailBy providing an email address you consent to receive informational and promotional emails. Unsubscribe at any time via the link in each email.
Voice CallsIf you provide a phone number, we may place informational calls about your child's participation or, with express consent, for marketing offers. To opt out of marketing calls while still receiving emergency calls, email info@showtimeflag.com.
Privacy & Data SecurityNumbers and addresses are used solely for Showtime communications and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy; we do not sell or rent your contact data.

X. Data Security

We employ administrative, technical, and physical safeguards—such as SSL/TLS encryption, role-based access controls, and regular security audits—to protect personal data. No system is completely secure; if a data-security incident occurs, we will notify affected individuals and authorities as required by law.

XI. Data Retention

We retain personal data only as long as needed for the purposes described in this Policy or to meet legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. When data is no longer required, we securely delete or anonymize it.
