Privacy Policy
I. About This Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Showtime Flag LLC ("Showtime," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects the personal data of individuals (“you” or “your”) who interact with our online services—namely our websites, mobile applications, and any other digital platform that links to this Privacy Policy (collectively, “Online Services”).
Unless expressly stated, this Policy does not cover data practices of third-party services that may link to or be integrated with our Online Services. We encourage you to review the privacy notices of those third parties before engaging with them.
By accessing or using our Online Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy and agree to its terms.
II. Children and Parental Consent
Our Online Services are primarily intended for audiences aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. Nevertheless, many of our in-person programs necessarily involve minors.
For any program involving participants under 18, a parent or legal guardian must complete registration and provide any requested personal data on the minor's behalf. We do not knowingly collect personal data directly from children under 13 online.
If you believe we have done so inadvertently, email privacy@showtimeflag.com and we will delete or anonymize the data in accordance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (“COPPA”).
III. Personal Data We Obtain
To run our youth-sports programs and the accompanying website effectively, we collect a few different kinds of information. Each serves a specific purpose in providing a safe, well-managed, and personalized experience.

Information from Cookies & Third Parties | Authentication details from social-login providers (e.g., name, email, profile photo); analytics data such as site-performance metrics and usage patterns; and aggregated marketing statistics. |

Legal or Safety Requirements | Courts, regulators, or law-enforcement agencies when required by law or to protect rights, safety, or property. |
Business Partners | Aggregated, de-identified statistics (e.g., event attendance) shared with facility partners or sponsors to gauge program success. |
All shared data is limited to the minimum necessary and protected by appropriate safeguards.

We and our partners use the following to (a) make the site work, (b) measure performance, (c) remember preferences, and (d) deliver marketing.

You can control these via your browser settings or, where required by law, our on-site consent banner.
